7. I have never been discharged from any armed forces under dishonorable conditions.
8. I am not under indictment for, nor have I been convicted in court of a crime punishable by more than a year in prison or of any crime of domestic violence.
9. I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order.
10. I am not an unlawful user or addict of any controlled substance, nor have I been adjudicated as mentally defective and/or committed to any mental institution.

You also agree that if any of the above statements are determined to be false or untrue, I will release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qualified Munitions LLC and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, owners, agents, offices, and employees from and against any potential civil and criminal liability or prosecution.

Restricted Jurisdictions
Shipping Restrictions: QualifiedMunitions.com does not ship munitions to the following locations:

Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, California, and Washington, D.C.

Purchase Cancellation

Should customers seek to deliver goods to prohibited areas, Qualified Munitions holds the authority to revoke the transaction.

1. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that, due to safety and legal considerations, all firearms and ammunition are not returnable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our customers.
2. Returnable Items: For accessories or other products, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. No merchandise is acceptable for return if opened, used or damaged.
